Factory / Production Supervisor at Agen Industries

Agen Industries - Established in 1980 and covering the south/south region. Agen Industries is a full scale manufacturing establishment in the upstream and downstream sectors of the aluminum and steel roofing industry.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Factory / Production Supervisor

Location: Benin, Edo
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

• The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating/supervising the smooth running of the production facility.
• Ensuring production tonnage targets are met.
• Ensuring timely maintenance is carried out on all aspects of the factory facilities to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
• Ensure all factory staff are at their duty posts regularly and timely.
• Ensure all health and safety protocols are adhered to.

Requirements

• Must be B.Sc or HND (Upper Credit).
• 6 - 10 years work experience.
• Candidates with a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background will be preferred.
• Candidates with experience working in a Coil Color coating line or similar industry will be added advantage.
• Aged: 35 - 45 years.
