Job Summary
- We are looking for a HR Subject Matter Expert to proactively recognize emerging trends, problems and business needs and provide innovative solutions to be applied wherever necessary.
- You will be required to design, develop and secure deployment of strategies, policies, processes and tools in the own area of expertise.
- You will ensure consistency and globalization, manage suppliers and provide expert advice in your area of expertise.
Responsibilities & Tasks
- Develop SME strategy, establish and maintain processes, frameworks and infrastructure.
- Plan and develop HR solutions enabling strategy.
- Ensure deployment of HR practices and solutions.

Position Qualifications
- A Bachelor degree in a Human Resources or related fields is required. A Masters of Business degree is preferred.
