Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
- Prepare material and labour schedules.
- Prepare BOQ with rates taken off with project drawings.
- Excellent understanding of grades of concrete with their mix ratios.
- Excellent understanding of how to prepare valuations and variations claims
- Price project preliminaries in relation to extension of time
- Understand the various methods of valuing preliminary for an ongoing project
- Understand the preambles and conditions of contract - FIDIC, SMM and JCT.
- Site materials inventory management and control.
- Perform cost control analysis, and draw up reports on changes to work and contractor's claims.
Preferred Background and Experience
- BSc Degree, Masters and other Degree will be an added advantage.
- Candidates must have worked as QS for a construction company.
- Understand the various types of contracts - Fixed, Fluctuating, All-inclusive, etc.
- 3 - 6 years of experience in the real estate industry.
- Candidate who resides on the Island especially Ajah would be preferred
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
