Under the Company and Allied Matters Acts 1990, DreamWorks Direct with registration no RC 509142, was registered in 2004 as a corporate entity to provide sales and support of different brands of Computers, Printers, Projectors, Software, Office & Home Appliances and Much More.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Sales Manager

Locations: Abuja (FCT) , Delta and Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Profile

  • This position is responsible for, in conjunction with the Sales and Marketing Team, the development of strategies and policies, as well as the development and implementation of enhanced procedures and management methods to effectively and efficiently achieve the goals of DreamWorks and further promote its Mission to achieve the Business Objectives.
  • The position shall provide executive leadership and oversight to all organizational operations which includes the Business Development, Sales, Marketing and Communications Department. In addition, this position will partner with all other business units and departments ensuring collaboration and communication.
  • The job holder will develop cross functional efficiencies, including strategies, processes and procedures that adapt to a rapidly shifting business environment.

Responsibilities

  • Devise strategies to ensure growth of programs enterprise-wide, identifying and implementing process improvements that will maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
  • Set strategic goals ensuring operational efficiency and increased productivity.
  • Maintain Leverage customer insights to identify business opportunities and strategies.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes that provide visibility into goals, metrics, progress, and obstacles for DreamWorks key initiatives.
  • Assess market potential and identify new business growth and opportunities.
  • Work closely with all internal key stakeholders in the development of an overarching Sales & Marketing strategy, performance goals, and long-term organizational and operational plans in accordance with the DreamWorks Mission
  • Serve as the internal and external subject matter expert for Sales and Business Services
  • Create weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on business goals and operations
  • Lead with integrity, establishing and maintaining a trusting, inclusive, and productive environment
  • Other tasks and responsibilities as required key partner relationships, while developing and implementing strategies for global expansion.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an MSc Degree with 5 - 10 years experience.
