Job Summary

A Pediatrician with significant Neonatology Experience and Skills

Qualification and Skill Requirement:
  • A medical degree ( MBBS, MD or equivalent)
  • Qualification as a Pediatrician (FWACP, MRCPCH, US BC/BE or equivalent) with special interest in Neonatology
  • Experience in Neonatalogy Intensive Care is a significant plus
Experience
  • A minimum of 3 years neonatal experience
Key Competencies and attributes:
  • Strong team player with proven organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent clinical skills and ability to show empathy
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Strong Leadership skills to ensure development of world class NICU and motivate staff towards goal
  • Ability to adjust to practice in a dynamic environment and practice in a computerized environment
