Job Summary
A Pediatrician with significant Neonatology Experience and Skills
Qualification and Skill Requirement:
- A medical degree ( MBBS, MD or equivalent)
- Qualification as a Pediatrician (FWACP, MRCPCH, US BC/BE or equivalent) with special interest in Neonatology
- Experience in Neonatalogy Intensive Care is a significant plus
Experience
- A minimum of 3 years neonatal experience
Key Competencies and attributes:
- Strong team player with proven organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent clinical skills and ability to show empathy
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Strong Leadership skills to ensure development of world class NICU and motivate staff towards goal
- Ability to adjust to practice in a dynamic environment and practice in a computerized environment
