Job Title: Out-Patient Department Manager

Location: Abuja

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in the Social Sciences and Humanities discipline from a reputable institution.
• At least 20 years’ experience in Customer Services
• At least 7-10 years’ experience at a managerial capacity.
• Customer service experience in the healthcare or hospitality industry will be an added advantage
• Quality Assurance / Quality Improvement experience in the healthcare or hospitality industry will also be an added advantage.
• He/she must have strong leadership and communication skills.
• Candidates must be highly motivated team players willing to go the extra mile;
• Must possess excellent communication (written and spoken) and interpersonal skills.
• Computer knowledge is a MUST.
