Job Desciption
- Mobilize deposit from customers for both investment and savings
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets
- Generate leads for all bank products
- Drive mobile application download and adoption
- Cross-sell and upsell banks products to existing customers
- Operate as the primary point of contact for assigned customers
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with account holders
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND Sales and Marketing
- 3 years relevant banking experience
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- A fluent English speaker with exceptional communication skills-Oral and Written
- Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Track record of exceeding sales targets
- Great at report writing and keeping accurate records
- Computer Savvy.
