Job Title: Head of Billing & Debt Collections

Location: Abuja

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Business, Finance or any other Numeric discipline
• 10-15 years’ experience in a hospital or related field
• Must have at least 5 years experience at a senior level
• Excellent business analysis, statistical analysis, communication and people management skills with an ability to influence at all levels.
• Must have experience with dealing with all stakeholders involved in HMO activities
• Must possess in-depth knowledge of HMO Business as well as account reconciliation and other related accounting tasks.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Able to multi-task, manage time effectively and keep calm under pressure.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint & Excel).
• Candidates must be highly motivated team players willing to go the extra mile;
• Must possess excellent communication (written and spoken) and interpersonal skills.
• Computer knowledge is a MUST.
