We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Project Manager / Quantity Surveyor

Location: Mabushi, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
• Must have at least 5 years working experience.
• Male candidiate and must be ready to travel outside Abuja to job locations.
• Price / forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project.
• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation for civil and procurement contracts.
• Track changes to the design or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly.
• Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers.
• Must be conversant with federal government procurement process for federal government contracts.
