Property Sales Executive at a Real Estate Company

A Real Estate company located in Lekki, Lagos State is currently recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Property Sales Executive

Location: Lekki, Lagos State

Job Summary

• Identify potential clients to promote sales of properties, follow up and close business deals
• Accompany clients for property inspection meetings
• Prepare proposals and preparing presentations for prospective clients
• Manage the sales process
• Maintain accurate customer data base -  Prepare activity log and sales visits reports.

Job Requirements

• B.Sc in Estate Management / equivalent
• 1 - 3 years’ experience in real estate sales
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Must be a self-starter and be able to multi task
• Must be enthusiastic with strong interpersonal skills.
