Job Title: Junior Project Manager (HR / Business Consulting)

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are currently looking to hire an experienced and qualified Junior Project Manager for our organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for;

  • Liaising / Brainstorming with the Lead Consultant and the team on project strategies
  • Seating at client consultations and drafting consultation reports
  • Creating project schedules with the company standard timelines
  • Briefing the team on the history of clients brands and purpose of the project
  • Assigning project deliverables to the members of the team
  • Following up with team members on the status of project deliverables
  • Providing information about the specification of the project / deliverable
  • Sending periodic update on the status of the project to the client
  • Ensuring that the project deliverables are delivered at the given timelines
  • Sending periodic project report to the Lead Consultant.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Project Management or any relevant field.
  • 2 - 3 years relevant experience in Project Management or similar role
  • Excellent Leadership/Managerial skills
  • Ability to manage projects and meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
  • Independent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize work and perform well under pressure.
  • Possesses superior writing, presentation, and organizational skills as well as track record of timely completion of tasks
  • Demonstrates high personal work standards and sense of urgency about results
  • Persists in face of challenges
  • Demonstrates initiative particularly in ambiguous situations
  • Demonstrates interest in and proven record of management and cultivating direct reports
  • Possesses excellent time management skills
  • Capable of prioritizing among multiple requests from multiple individuals and able to change direction in response to fluctuating work environment
  • Skilled in identifying opportunities to improve efficiency of research processes and procedures and subsequently execute improvements
  • Proficiency with standard office software (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as Internet applications) is required
  • Experience working as a team; cultural sensitivity and experience working with people from different cultures.

Salary
N80,000 with other benefits.
