Job Title: Tech Advisor-Software Dev, Senior
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Working under broad direction, is recognized as a technical expert. Provides direction for the Technical Software Architecture. Serves as a corporate resource, providing technical direction and advice to management in long-range planning for new or projected areas of software application.
- Design, research, and develop new applications and major enhancements.
- Experience in leading software development projects especially eta systems level and will provide Technical Excellence Leadership.
- Establish and maintain communications with external technology efforts such as industry and academic consortia.
- Job role contributes directly to value creation.
Qualification/Skills Required:
- Applicants MUST have a minimum of HND/B.Eng in Engineering/science or any related field/discipline.
- Candidates are expected to have a Practical knowledge in design and in the field applied for.
- International experience in oil and gas deep water operations is an added advantage.
- Completion of an undergraduate degree in engineering preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
- Required a minimum of 7 years of software development experience.
- Completion of a masters in Computer Science or similar discipline is preferred.
