Job Description
- We are seeking to engage a Senior Software Developer to build and implement functional programs.
- At FPG Technologies and Solutions Limited, you will be working with the Technical Team, other Developers, Designers, Product Managers and Testers throughout the Software Development life cycle.
- In this role, you should be a team player with a keen eye for detail and problem solving skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Work with developers to design algorithms and flowcharts.
- Produce clean, efficient codes based on specifications
- Integrate software components and third- party programs
- Verify and deploy programs and systems
- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software
- Gather and evaluate user feedback
- Recommend and execute improvements
- Create technical documentation for reference and reporting
Job Requirements
- Minimum of HND / B.Sc in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer or similar role
- Familiar with Agile development methodologies
- Knowledge of coding languages (e.g Java Springboot mandatory)
- and Framework /systems (e.g Angular,NodesJS)
- Experience and knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL databases
- Ability to learn new languages and technologies
- Microservices - Preferred
- Test Driven Development
- Continuous Integration and Delivery ( CI/CD) with Jenkins
- Microsoft Azure- Preferred
- GIT - Preferred
- Nestjs- Optional
- Reourcefulness and Troubleshooting attitude.
