What We Need
- Candidates should be able to arrange, implement and monitor marketing and sales campaigns.
- Should be able to facilitate and head annual customer business meetings.
- Participate in all strategy sessions to identify customer and prospect sales opportunities.
- Manage or coordinate marketing multiple campaigns for different product lines.
- Contribute to quantitative and qualitative campaign research.
- Coordinate activities to stimulate online transactions for customer facing internet.
- Assist customer database maintenance as well as provide status reports for marketing campaign.
- Involve in strategic conceptualization as well as tactical implementation.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with varied Mercer lines of business.
- Provide applicable, compel and develop solutions to attain advertiser objectives.
- Perform cross-functionally with marketing, sales and operations to prepare and present solutions to customers.
- Consult with Product Marketing to facilitate shape product development assisting client needs.
- Guide persuasive presentations as well as stories creation to demonstrate company value.
- Prepare short and long-term plans to ensure adaption of identified strategies, evaluate implications of plans inclusive of risks.
- Convey recommended strategies and attain buy-in from marketing senior management and main internal stakeholders.
- Skills: Leadership Quality, creative, charismatic, experience in Organizing events, an excellent communicator, should be comfortable talking with clients (via phone, email and in person), detail-oriented in context of a fast-paced environment, exceptional analytical skills, able to identify and communicate opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell, pleasant, personable demeanour (in-person, phone and email), keen ability to multi-task; self-starter, strong team collaboration skills, a strong vocabulary, prolific reader, an ability to grasp and communicate the message, teachable spirit, sense of humour.
