Job Title: Experienced School Administrator

Location: Aguda-Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 07:30 a.m - 04:00 p.m. (Monday - Friday)

Job Description

• Our client requires exceptional candidate for the role of School Administrator. Candidate must be known for exceptional standards in and out of the classroom, and within the learning environment; they aim to provide students with the skills, knowledge, and attitudes towards the drive, learning, and opportunities and to apply it to effect positive change to their environment and also as lifelong learners and achievers.

Job Descriptions / Responsibility

• Responsible for overseeing all administrative duties of the school this includes.
• Supervision of all administration staff.
• ensuring the school premises runs smoothly,
• The School Administrator will provide leadership and direction that represents a consistent and effective model of integrity, excellence, collaboration, and accountability in line with the vision and mission of the schools.
• Manage day-to-day activities of the school.
• Create instructional resources for use in the classroom.
• Develop academic programs.
• Monitor students and teachers for progress.
• Maintain rapport with current and prospective parents.
• Work actively with teachers to maintain high curriculum standards.
• Establish performance goals and objectives.
• Explain or answer procedural questions.
• Visit classrooms and observe teaching methods.
• Examine learning materials.
• Review instructional objectives and adjust accordingly.

Qualifications

• NCE, OND, HND or BSc
• 1 - 2 years work experience.

Requirements:

• Must be a young single graduate, not married.
• Must have good communication and listening ability
• Must be attentive to details
• Good use of computer packages.

Salary Range
N40,000 - N45,000 monthly.
