Job Title: Medical Customer Service Representative
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Requirements
- B.Sc in Nursing, Anatomy, Biochemistry or other health related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years experience
- Prior experience as a customer care specialist will be an added advantage.
- Sales experience is highly advantageous.
- Computer literate with an above-average typing speed.
- Superb verbal and written communication skills.
- Thorough and excellent listening skills.
- Ability to calm irate, anxious, or grieving customers.
- Capacity to navigate stressful situations with ease.
- Ability to speak Yoruba language is an added advantage.
