Job Title: Human Resource / Compliance Officer (NYSC)

Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Create sound internal controls and monitor adherence to them.
• Help draft and revise company policies.
• Proactively audit processes, practices and documents to identify weaknesses.
• Evaluate business activities.
• Set plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation.
• Address employee concerns or questions on compliance.
• Keep abreast of internal standards and business goals.
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
• Provide counseling on policies and procedure.
• Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
• Create and implement effective onboarding plans
• Develop training and development programs.
• Assist in performance management processes.
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
• Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.

Requirements

• B.Sc / BA in Law, Finance, Business Administration or a related field with 0- 1 year relevant work experience.
• Candidate must be a Corper and reside in Lagos, preferably Ajah.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Integrity and professional ethics.
• Business acumen.
• Teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail.

Salary
N30,000 - N40,000 Monthly.
