Job Title: Head of Deposit Mobilization and Liabilities Generation

Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time

Role & Functions

• Develop cash and treasury management sales strategy to increase market penetration and maximize revenue.
• Evaluate and implement new products as necessary.
• The effective delivery of the company's daily, weekly and monthly Investment.
• Sourcing for funds for the operational needs of the company Portfolio at competitive rates in the market, while also ensuring good mixture of funds portfolio at all times for desirable bottom line for the business.
• Responsible for employing team members to a maximum of 5 team members.
• Offering financial advices, funds arrangement and documentation of same from time to time.
• You will report directly to the Managing Director.

Jobs Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Management, Finance or any related field.
• 7 -10 years of experience in a bank or a financial sector as a deposit mobilization lead.
• MBA or professional certification in business, management, or finance would be an added advantage
• Knowledge of capital markets, sales, marketing and finance.
• Knowledge of MS Office suite, especially Excel.
• Leadership, managerial and Supervisory skills.
• Presentation and Negotiation skills.
• Strategic planning and Analytical skills
• Verbal and written communication skills.

Remuneration & Target

• Salary of up to N700,000 monthly (Net).
• 6 Months Team Target: N4 Billion.
• Funds must be long-term.
• 0.25% as commission on every personal fund inflowed (Subject to other T’s & C’s).
• Team members will be rewarded in line with their input (0.15% as commission on every personal fund inflowed).
• Team members salary of up to N500,000 monthly net.
• Promotion and Status Car upon achievement of 100% 6 Months Target.
