Rossland Screening Solutions - Our client, a Hospitality Firm, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Floor Supervisor

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• Overseeing waiters, bar men and other floor staff.
• Evaluating the supply and availability of stocks.
• Implementing measures to avoid stock damages, theft, and wastage.
• Monitoring shelve stocks and product displays, and the general appearance of the lounge.
• Addressing customers' requests, comments, and complaints.
• Motivating employees to achieve targets.
• Training new staff members and scheduling shifts.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in Hospitality or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years work experience in related role.
• Prior experience in a supervisory position.
• Ability to remain calm even under pressure situations.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Excellent planning, time management and organisation skills.

Salary
N120,000 monthly.
