Job Title: Baker
Location: Ogudu, Lagos

Job Description
- Plan, implement and manage daily operations
- Suggest new menu items
- Understand visitors’ preferences and make suggestions based on findings
- Prepare a wide variety of goods such as cakes, cookies, pies, bread, etc
- Decorate pastries using different icings, toppings so that they are appealing to the eyes
- Monitor supplies and ingredients necessary for daily operations
- Check the quality of material and condition of the equipment
- Maintain a clean cooking station
- Comply to health and safety standards
- Have information about the latest food and industry trends
- Prepare pastries and bakery items for a large number of customers.
- Assist to achieve budgeted sales and profit targets.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an OND, NCE / SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification
- 1 - 2 years of work experience.
- A Reliable Baker.
