Job Description
- Reporting to the Managing Director; the successful applicant will:
- Formulate and implement sales and marketing policies for the company
- Responsible for achieving the national sales target of the company.
- Supervise and monitor the national sales team
Requirements
- Applicants seeking to apply for the post of National sales Manager (NSM) must:
- Possess a minimum of a first degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm/Pharm D) from a reputable institution. An MBA will be an added advantage.
- Possess a minimum of ten years (10 yrs) relevant experience of which at least three years (3 yrs) must be at top management level
- Possess an excellent track records of sales achievement
- Possess excellent communication and computer skills;
- A Strong sales and marketing orientation is needed.
