Reporting To: The National Sales Manager
Job Description
The successful applicants will:
- Ensure implementation of company’s processes and policies.
- Ensure attainment of company’s regional sales target.
- Supervise and manage the Medical Reps.
- Manage and maintain the company’s distribution channels.
Requirements
- Applicants seeking to apply for these positions must:
- Posses a B.Pharm/Pharm D or B.Sc in Biological or Physical Sciences from a reputable institution. An MBA will be an added advantage.
- Posses successful track record of sales achievement.
- Must have a minimum of six years. (6 years) relevant experience of which two years (2 yrs) should be on managerial level.
- Posses a valid driving license.
- Posses excellent communication and computer skills.
