Job Title: Polymer Scientist & Quality Control Assurance Manager

Job Description
- He must provide know-how in polymeric materials screening and formulations, perform plastic product evaluations and testing using internal laboratory equipment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Plastic / Polymerization Engineering preferred
- Advanced degree preferred
- Six Sigma or Project Management certifications preferred
- Individual must have strong injection I blow molding fundamentals and hand-on Injection Molding process expertise in small and large moldings, both with full hot runner valve gated and cold runner high cavitation tools.
- Individual must have hands on experience with injection molds mold setup, familiarity with tool design, venting and cooling capabilities,
- Experience on production floor of an injection / Blow molding facility optimizing
- Must have fundamental and sound knowledge in materials such as polypropylene, polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, polystyrene and Thermoset and thermoplastic rubbers.
Experience with Characterization / testing methodologies for polymers
