Job Title: Sales and Marketing Officer (Real Estate)

Location: Sangotedo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • This position will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns to generate new prospects, improve client retention, and meet sales targets.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing contact with existing customers, identifying new opportunities, and following up on potential leads.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients and prospects interested in properties to offer them real estate deals
  • Continually generating new, innovative ways to present material to improve marketing collateral and presentations
  • Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.
  • Oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements and lease contracts.
  • Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received.
  • Actively charge of the inspection of a property to ensure the terms and conditions of sales are met before closing sales
  • Conduct surveys to identify the price of competing properties on the housing market.
  • Maintain contact with clients in order to discuss future business opportunities
  • Develop and implement strategies effective for achieving set targets.
  • Participate in seminars, conferences, and events to improve on existing job knowledge and expand personal network
  • Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing and business development materials and projects
  • Oversee the promotion of property sales on advertisement media and listing services
  • Sending out details of new properties on the market to people on your database.

Competencies / Skills / Requirements

  • B.Sc in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in sales and marketing
  • Negotiation Skills

  • Organizational Skills
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • Very organized and disciplined
  • Ability to quickly determine critical issues and get them resolved ability to get issues solved to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Strong work ethic and able to work with minimal supervision. Proven ability to build and maintain working
  • relationships with management, team members, colleagues, and external stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
