Job Title: Front Desk / Operational Assistant
Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Duties
- Keep the environment tidy
- Attend to all walk-in customers
- Address all complaints from walk-in customers and direct to the appropriate department
- Runinterview for new car rental drivers
- Take records of partner drivers weekly activities
- Data entry
- Payment confirmation from clients and partner drivers
- Sending out weekly reports to partner drivers
Requirements
- Minimum Educational Qualification – OND / HND
- 1 - 2 years experience.
- Proven experience as front desk representative
- Proven work experience in a transport organization or any related field
- Familiarity with office machines (e.g. printer, photocopier)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Customer service orientation
