Job Title: Business Marketing and Growth Associate

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Requirements

Skills:
We are looking for a business marketing and growth associate who would drive business popularity, awareness and interaction. The business marketer would be ideal if they had the following basic skills:

• Creative writing: if you can write something smart in a fun way, that's our standard for creative writing.
• Basic graphics design: if you can whip up something pretty with Canva that's okay.
• Ability to follow trends: If you can read trends and know when to ride the wave by plugging the business correctly, you'll do great with us.
• Knowledge of SEO and Social media advertising: Do you know how adverts work on Google, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc? Please apply.
• Ability to stay organized: You'll be required to draw up your calendar and work plans, your ability to stay organized will come in handy here.
• The skills above are not exhaustive, however, those are the basic skill-set that'll be required.

Working Schedule

• We operate a hybrid work week, this means that you get to come in to work physically 3 days in a week and work from home for the remaining 2 days.
• Mondays - Wednesdays are at the office, Thursdays and Fridays are work from Home days.

Remuneration

• Salary is capped at N70,000 monthly. (If this is small for you, please don't apply.)
• Career-wise, you'll grow.
