Job Title: Salon Manager
Location: Lekki, Lagos

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily salon operations.
- Organize employees’ shifts, considering peak times and seasonality.
- Order beauty products, like creams and essential oils and replenish stock.
- Arrange for regular maintenance services.
- Ensure all beauty treatments meet high quality standards.
- Maintain staff records, including salaries and working schedules.
- Promote services, products and discounts on social media.
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc in Management, Business or Social Sciences.
- Minimum of 3 years work experience in fashion retail or beauty business as a salon manager.
- Excellent Organizational Skills.
- Good Knowledge of beauty treatment and product knowledge about manicure and pedicure procedure is an added advantage.
