Job Responsibilities
- Day today Activities of IT Support on ground
- Daily reporting consolidation & follow up
- Escalation calls attending
- ISP Monitoring and Troubleshooting
- Server Infrastructure – Monitoring & Maintenance
- Firewall Monitoring and Troubleshooting
- Anti-virus roll out and Troubleshooting
- Backup of Data Users & Application
- Procurement of Hardware/Laptops/Desktops and Troubleshooting
- Implementation of Policy & Procedures
- CCTV & Biometrics Troubleshooting and reporting
- Windows Server Manage and troubleshooting
- Office Application knowledge
- Infra Virtualization
- Documentations and Reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree in Engineering in Computers Science / IT.
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience
- Power bi knowledge is must
- Qlinks knowledge is added advantage.
