Job Title: Training Service Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and assess the training needs of the client organization through job analysis, career paths, and consultation with the client organization leadership.
• Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific client business needs.
• Implement effective and purposeful training methods by creating a curriculum to facilitate strategic training based on the client organization goals.
• Effectively manage training budget.
• Evaluate organizational performance to ensure that training meets client business needs and improves performance.
• Assess employee skills performance and productivity to identify areas of need improvement.
• Drive brand values and philosophy through all training and development activities.
• Effectively communicate with team members, trainers, and management.
• Keep abreast of training trends, developments, and best practices.

Qualifications and Skills

• Degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field (essential).
• Must have 5-7 years experience in training and development management (essential).
• Proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools.
• Familiar with traditional and modern training processes.
• Strategic and creative mindset.
