Job Title: Training Service Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and assess the training needs of the client organization through job analysis, career paths, and consultation with the client organization leadership.
- Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific client business needs.
- Implement effective and purposeful training methods by creating a curriculum to facilitate strategic training based on the client organization goals.
- Effectively manage training budget.
- Evaluate organizational performance to ensure that training meets client business needs and improves performance.
- Assess employee skills performance and productivity to identify areas of need improvement.
- Drive brand values and philosophy through all training and development activities.
- Effectively communicate with team members, trainers, and management.
- Keep abreast of training trends, developments, and best practices.
Qualifications and Skills
- Degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field (essential).
- Must have 5-7 years experience in training and development management (essential).
- Proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools.
- Familiar with traditional and modern training processes.
- Strategic and creative mindset.
