Job Title: Service Desk Agent
Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact between users and the company supporting customers with IT-related problems
- Resolve issues and address complaints, and escalate complex matters to the appropriate departments
- Receives and handles requests for service, following agreed procedures.
- Escalates complex or unresolved incidents
- Responds to common requests for service by providing information to enable fulfilment.
- Acts under guidance to record and track reliability data for your services
- Must be good Neuro Linguistic Programming interpretation
KPI
- Feedback from customers, colleagues and team managers.
- Correct management of processes followed to deliver the service
- Percentage of customer problems resolved within required timescales
- Meeting service level requirements
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Programming or any relevant course.
- Must have at least 4 years working experience as a Service Desk Agent.
- Must be good with relevant IT tools.
- Experience in Telecommunication company/ Industry will be an added advantage.
- Certification in any IT course will be an added advantage
- Problem-solving capabilities.
- Must pay attention to details.
- Good time management, Creative and flexible
- Speed and accuracy.
- Customers Come First mindset with good Emotional Intelligence
- Ability to perform well under pressure.
- Good interpersonal skills.
