From very humble beginnings with one Service Station in 1999 with which we entered into a Bulk Purchase Agreement with NNPC as an Independent Petroleum Products Marketing company, we have grown to a group of subsidiary companies with substantial investments in the following areas of the Downstream Operations: Tank Farm Operations, Jetty Services, Haulage/Distribution and Retail Outlets Operation.

Job Title: Head - Tax Management
Ref: ROL/FIN/01
Location: Nigeria
Responsibilities
- Handle tax planning and management
- Set up an effective tax record management, update and reporting process and drive execution
- Put in place measures and liaise with relevant colleagues to ensure prompt processing and remittance of tax payments and the reconciliation of all tax accounts
- Provide internal tax advisory services to business divisions / departments to ensure tax efficiency e.g. Payroll structuring.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree/HND in Accountancy
- ICAN/ACCA/CITN
- Minimum of 6 years' experience
Skills and Competencies:
- Financial management, accounting and analysis.
- Tax computations - preparation and review
- Knowledge of the relevant Tax laws.
- Handling tax investigations / tax audits.
- Dealing with Inland Revenue / Tax authorities.
- Knowledge of Accounting policies and processes.
- Financial audit, risk management and control.
- Numerical and analytical skills
- Attention to detail.
