Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor of Science Degree or HND (upper credit) in Estate Management and other related fields with a minimum of second class upper credit from an approved institution of higher learning.
- Must have good management and negotiating skills.
- Must have good leadership and Managerial qualities
- Must have at least 8 years cognate experience in practice
- Must have headed a branch or unit of a reputable Estate Firm for a minimum of two (2) years
- An associate member of NIESV is an added advantage
