Job Summary

• The operation supervisor will generally oversee all activities and operations on the floor of the company’s store.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervision of sales and stock control 
• Customer service & engagement
• People management
• Operations management
• Requisition & inventory management
• Relationship management
• Reporting.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of B.Sc. / HND in any field
• Experience is not required. Successful candidates would be trained.

Personal Quality:

• Successful candidate should be focused, assertive, confident and be able to inspire and lead others.
• Should have good communication, human relation and problem solving skills.

Remuneration

• Fixed Salary:  N600,000 to N720,000 per annum and guaranteed Variable Pay: Successful candidate will earn a guarantee extra pay calculated based on store monthly earning and performance. Could double take home pay.
