Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor of Science Degree or HND (upper credit) in Human Resources/Personnel Management or Business Administration from an approved institution of higher learning.
- Must have good leadership and Managerial qualities.

- Vast knowledge of all government policies on employment and human resources.
