We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Logistics Coordinator
Locations: Lekki Phase I & Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Coordinate all logistics activities.
- Monitor fleet vehicles/trucks/bikes on transit.
- Ensure that the operational arm of logistics goes smoothly and excellent.
- Dispatch rider and drivers to complete deliveries.
- Track and fix delivery errors.
- Track the movements of riders and drivers.
- Ensure that all vehicles' documentations are up to date.
- Oversee all fleet dispatching protocols.
- Plan riders’ delivery routes.
- Monitor riders and drivers.
- Increase the speed of the delivery time by engaging the right logistics partner with perfect fleet for the logistics operations at a minimal cost.
- Resolve any issues that may occur to the drivers while on transit and at the customer’s outlets speedily.
- Respond to customer inquiries and refer riders to the appropriate customers.
- Maintain proper and accurate Pre-shipment and Post-shipment Administration.
- Ensure excellent logistic service delivery.
- Other applicable tasks that might arise.
Requirements
- Must be worked as a logistics coordinator in a logistics companies
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 4 years' experience
- Great leadership skills
- Ability to coordinator riders
- Great time management skills
- Great communication skills
- Experience in pick-up and delivery.
