Job Description
- Supervising and ensuring proper organization/warehousing of products and other materials.
- Monitoring products inventory and keeping accurate records at all times.
- Authorizing products dispatch after payment confirmation.
- Designating and authorizing technicians for project site survey and maintaining accurate survey database.
- Receiving, documenting and treating customer feedbacks/complaints.
- Scheduling and dispatching maintenance/customer support technicians.
- Other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications and Skills
- B.Sc or M.Sc in Electrical / Electronics Engineering with at least 3 year work experience.
- Must be highly proficient in the use of Microsoft application packages including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in CAD software will be an added advantage.
