They are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: IT Support Supervisor
Location: Onitsha, Anambra
Employment Type: Full-time
Duties & Responsibilities
- Installation & configuration of company’s computer hardware operating systems and applications.
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
- Internet monitoring, troubleshooting and management.
- Ensure periodic system security and data backup.
- Prompt response to IT related issues within the company.
- Serves as system administrator
- Provides support for the users especially company software
- Researching, identifying, and acting on opportunities to improve our systems.
- Routine system repair / maintenance & any other duties that might be assigned.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc in Computer Science, MIS or similar field
- 5 - 7 years experience of supporting SAGE systems ideally within FMCG environment
- Proven working experience as an IT supportor relevant experience
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
- Expertise in data Centre management and data governance
- Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
- Good knowledge of ERP especially sage300
- Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
