Job Title: Fitter - TR
Location: Gujeni, Kaduna
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Duties
- Condition monitoring of all equipment's
- Preventive maintenance of equipment's as per schedule
- Attend any breakdown instanttly
- Adherence of safety norms for all equipment's
- Competent to detect, rectify and repair any in defect in mechanical system (gearboxes which use in a DRI plant,conveyor line its maintenance,pneumatic and hydraulic system, rotary fans , vibrating screen, bag house maintenance etc.)
- Competent to read and general idea of drawings
- Well aware of predictive maintenance
- Work in any condition like Heat, dusty
- Knowledge of specification of emergency tools tackle,equipment which is used at a DRI industry.
- Work at height in any breakdown job of dri unit
- Ensure good housekeeping practices in area of working.
- Work under the guidance of Shift fitter.
- Observations of all the equipment and filling checklist and report to his next superior Alignment of coupling and Drive system.
Requirements
- Minimum of S.S.C.E / OND
- 0 - 5 years experience as a Fitter Trainee in the cement industry.
- Working knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
