Job Description
- Manage information technology and computer systems
- Supervising daily operations of network and server infrastructure
- Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
- Aligning IT infrastructure with current and future business requirements and goals
- Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures
- Design and develop software application
- Manage the software application
- Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
- Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
- Assuring that IT activities are within the limits of applicable laws, codes, and regulations
- Audit systems and assess their outcomes while preserving assets, information security and control structures
- Manage IT annual budgets, forecast, handling cash flow while ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Requirements
- B.Sc in Computer Science, Management Information Sciences (MIS), Information Technology or equivalent experience
- 3 - 5 years proven working experience as an IT Manager or relevant experience
- A relevant CCMA/ CompTIA, ITILv4 , Microsoft certifications
- Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and phone systems
- Impressive knowledge of technical management, information analysis and computer hardware / software systems
- Expertise in data center management and data governance
- Software developer (Java, Javscript,#c..Net)
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills (leadership skill)
- Self-motivated, excellent attention to details and enjoys working in a team
- Enthusiasm and commitment are essential to complete activities.
- Analytical and Logical in Reasoning, Resilience, Dynamic and Creative.
