Job Title: Retail Store Manager

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Duties

• Ensure the store is meeting its sales target weekly.
• Maintain proper inventory levels, ensure stocking, implement purchasing plans and maintain contact with suppliers to ensure maximum efficiency in meeting sales goals.
• Manage the store’s social media accounts and make posts as often as possible to promote the brand.
• Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits.
• Ensure quick customer turnaround to minimize crowd within the store
• Liaise and manage vendors and suppliers to ensure timely payments and delivery of goods.
• Ensure adherence to all store policies.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a minimum of HND / B.Sc
• 3-5 years working experience as a retail store manager.
• Working knowledge of MS Office.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Should be very good with computer, online marketing and sales.

Salary

• N100,000 monthly.
