Job Title: Facility Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Summary

• We are looking for an experienced Estate Manager to oversee a prestigious Estate at Lekki. He will be responsible for preserving and improving the condition of infrastructures and ensure that facility is safe and functions efficiently.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure that the facility is fully operational with all utilities functioning properly
• Schedule and supervise maintenance repair work and assist with checking installation and servicing building equipment.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and assist with energy management
• Oversee security of buildings and properties.
• Inspecting buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations
• Control activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, building security, lights etc.
• Keep financial and non-financial records
• Ensure prompt payment of dues by all residence with effective implementation, compliance and management skills.

Requirements

• B.Sc / BA in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration or relevant field
• 3 - 6 years experience.
• Proven experience as facilities manager or relevant position
• Knowledge of general maintenance methods, operating requirements, and safety precautions related to facilities management
• Must be a well-organized, detailed and self-starter
• Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices
• Strong procurement and negotiation skills.

Salary
N120,000 - N160,000 monthly.
