Job Title: Retail Loan Administrative Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Market the Bank Loan and Saving product to the prospective customers.
• Proper and effective advertising of the bank product through social media platforms to attract customers.
• Responsible for ensuring customers' satisfaction in deposit mobilization and loan origination.
• Research and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, demographics, and other information that affects marketing strategies.
• Serves as business relation officer to customers to assist in solving all banking-related issues without coming to the bank.
• Follow up on loan customers to ensure loan repayment as scheduled.

Job Requirements

• A minimum of B.Sc or HND in any discipline.
• A minimum of one (1) year experience in Marketing Bank Product, young, innovative, and dynamic marketers without experience may be considered if found to possess the relevant skills.
• Ability to sell bank products to prospective customers in the Public and Private sectors, organizations, and individuals

Skills:

• Marketing skill.
• Competent in the use of Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to use Social Media
