Job Title: Accounts Executive

Location: Amuwo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Maintaining financial books/records.
• Facilitate Accounts Receivable, Income Audit, Cash Handling, and Reconciliations.
• Raising invoices.
• Reconcile accounts with the general ledger.
• Contacting clients about transactions and invoices.
• Handling queries related to accounts.
• Perform basic accounting functions for the company.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Monthly bank reconciliations.
• Complete the daily income audit including balancing accounts at the end of the day.
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial statements.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 1 - 3 years work experience.
• Build working relationships with other staff/team members
• Proficiency in MS Excel and QuickBooks.
• Solid analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Great analytical skills
• Understanding of basic accounting functions
• Ability to multi-task to handle multiple accounts effectively
