Jocaro Nigeria Limited is an Electro-Mechanical Engineering firm specializing in rotating equipment sale, installation, engine overhaul, servicing, rental and maintenance. Provision of power support & products, consultation, training services, and labour supply.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales / Business Development Executive

Location: Oshodi / Apapa, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract
Reporting To: Sales and Business Development Manager or Branch Sales Manager (depending on location)

Job Description
Key Performance Expectations:
Financial:

  • Achieve apportioned share of annual sales budget and stated gross operating margin for branch/ team
  • Resources:
  • Develop business sourcing leads in a minimum of 50 companies. Each of these companies is expected to have the capacity to generate N10 million worth of orders annually.

Operating Responsibility:

  • Budget driven sales and business prospecting
  • Direct responsibility for individual budget performance

Education Requirements & Core Competencies

  • Degree qualification preferably
  • Additional sales and marketing certification will be an advantage.
  • Strong IT (MS-Office – Powerpoint, Excel, Word) skills required preferably with certification.
  • Strong presentation skills to a wide variety of audience
  • Strategic selling of industrial equipment and generator
  • Business analytical acumen (environmental analysis, financial analysis etc)
  • Basic market research and statistical skills
  • Sales promotion skills
  • Strong existing client relationships in the Oil and Gas, Power Generation and Distribution and Public Sector.

Work Experience / Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years direct hands-on selling experience in a Power or Industrial tools/ machinery business with a strong focus on the Oil and Gas and/or Public Sectors.

Salary

  • Based on negotiation.
