Job Title: Sales Manager - IT & Electronic Goods
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities:
- Own all aspects of business, team and environment pro-actively
- To ensure highest quality conversations are taking place between Amoli and its customers to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Maintain quality of objective and to achieve Targets while combined with Quality review and feedback mechanism.
- To ensure Amoli Group maintains service level within the frame work of Company Policies in areas including Sales, Order Processing, Customer Service & Queries.
- To manage the use of Sales tools and time to deliver optimum return on investment.
- Performance / competency development to attain the required standards as per the Policy of the Organization.
- Work with HO to prepare and review account / market action plan towards growth whilst protecting current business
- Develop and excellent customer relationship through provision of an outstanding quality service.
- Work proactively with HO to realize incremental business opportunities.
- Provide a weekly sales forecast to HO.
- Drive the review of Customer price banding, on an ongoing basis.
- Work closely with HO providing feedback in a positive team environment to with SWOT issues / opportunities.
- Manage the full sales workflow, making it visible as agreed with Management, Pipeline, Conversion Rates & Visibility of Deals.
- Periodical and constant reporting of activity levels of both self and team.
