Job Title: Wireless Back Office Engineer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Support new build site
- Support swap rollout
- Support expansion
- U2020 or CME configuration/integration
- Alarm clearance
- License loading
- GSM, UMTS, and LTE basic configurations
- Organize training.
Job Requirements
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in solutions for corresponding services.
- Good Telecommunication knowledge with emphases on Wireless Network, especially for 23G&4G Network integration or maintenance.
- Be able to answer and handle common customer questions independently, and be familiar with common alarm handling methods.
- Independently complete site commissioning and integration.
- Be familiar with license operations.
- Have general knowledge of GSM, UMTS, and LTE basic configurations and common maintenance methods.
- Be proficient in operating the NMS and using CME tools.
- Familiarity with customer processes is preferred.
- Be familiar with the subcontractor's site work content and know how to guide the subcontractor to complete the site work.
