We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: A / C Supervisor

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• The A / C Services Supervisor shall take part in activities and oversee the daily operations of the A / C service department.
• Experience with Installation, Servicing and repairs of all HVAC systems and all A / C brands
• Directly manage the activities and distribution of A / C Technicians workload.
• Manage costs to increase profit margin
• Ensure that appropriate manpower and supplies are available to complete all current jobs.
• Review in-progress and completed jobs to verify the scope of work completed appropriately
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Assist Operation Manager in responding to and handling customer query and request
• Establish work standards for A / C Technicians
• May handle issues related to warranty work requests.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and training of new technicians
• Assist Operation Manager with evaluating Technician overall performance including productivity and efficiency metrics.

Job Requirements

• Ability to organize and direct oneself and effectively supervise
• Ability to utilize the available time to organize and complete work within given time frame
• Ability to communicate effectively with others using the spoken
• Ability to take care of the customers’ needs while following company
• Ability to work effectively with people regardless of their age, gender, race, ethnicity, religion, or job
• Prior supervisory experience in servicing, repairs, installation, and procurement of HVAC systems and all brands of A / Cs.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 / Month.
