Requirements

• The ideal person must possess either HND or BSc in Electrical Engineering.
• Membership of the relevant professional body or possession of a Master's Degree will put the candidate in an advantageous position.
• Both candidates must have practical hands-on experience in the maintenance of high-rise luxurious apartments and/or luxury estates at top management level for at least 10 years.
