Job Description

• Our client is currently looking to hire the services of a Security Supervisor. As a Security Supervisor,you will be responsible for end-to-end supervision of operations including providing direction to all security operatives, performing and reviewing administrative functions and engaging with clients as required in pursuit of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
A snapshot of your responsibilities:

• Support recruitment of qualified security operatives and ensure their skills are fit-for-purpose for their assigned activities.
• Assigning duties to security operatives and verifying their duties are performed effectively and accurately.
• Implement strategies to prevent and mitigate incidents of vandalism/theft in client facilities/areas under surveillance.
• Maintaining documentation of incidents, activities and violations and initiating a referral to law enforcement agencies as may be required.
• Support law enforcement officers in the course of their investigation or enforcement activities pertaining to client facilities/areas under surveillance.
• Other duties may be assigned including customer engagement and facilitating customer staff briefings.

Qualifications and Requirements

• HND or Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
• At least 5 years experience as security personnel.
• No criminal record.
• Proven skills and expertise as a Security Supervisor.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• A keen eye for details and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken).
• Problem-solving & critical thinking skills.

Salary
N150,000 - N170,000 monthly
