Job Description

• Our client is currently looking to hire a Logistics supervisor. As a Logistics supervisor, you are required to be solely responsible for dispatching aerial work platforms and loader cranes to clients based on request.
• You will oversee the operations of each job ensuring that each job is delivered with excellence and optimum performance.

Responsibilities
A few of your responsibilities include:

• Supporting recruitment of operators who have fit-for-purpose skills in operating the fleet.
• Scheduling and implementing planned maintenance activities and execution of unplanned maintenance activities and emergency repairs.
• Supporting the Business Development team to ensure high utilization of the fleet by prospecting for potential clients.
• Oversee all Admin related functions with regards to each job, ensuring delivery meets set standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline.
• At least 3 years experience as a Logistics Supervisor
• Eye for details and accuracy.
• Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent organizing and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken).
• Advanced problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
• A good understanding of road transportation and Construction is highly recommended.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 monthly
